Last but certainly not least for June is the Old Songs Festival  in Altamont, NY

Musicians and audiences from all over the country will gather again this year for the 30th annual Old Songs Festival....music with roots. This IS your grandma's traditional singer/songwriter folk festival in the truest sense, following the grand custom of those festivals that came of age during folk music's heyday.  Workshops, concerts, crafts and good old fun keep this tradition coming each year!

Triathlon News: For the Billy Jonas Exercise Enthusiast Fans!

Billy participated in his second triathlon event!  "It was exhilarating!" says Billy, "I loved the race as much as the preparing".  He has spent the last 3 months in training (woven in between music events and concerts) for the back-to-back 1/2 mile swim, 17 mile bike ride and 5k run.  In fact, the night before the triathlon Billy's flights home (from a composer-in-residence gig in Minnesota) were delayed due to weather, resulting in NO sleep before the race. Billy says "I recommend sleeping".
