Special Maryland Holiday Show with Cathy Fink & Marcy Marxer
On Saturday, December 2nd, Billy will be in Maryland for Cathy and Marcy's 21st Annual Family Holiday Concert at the AFI Silver Theater. There are two shows (11 am and 1:30 pm), so please check them out if you're in the area. It promises to be filled with loads of big family fun! See sidebar for more details.

Asheville: Embe Marimba Band CD Release with Billy
Billy had a two-month residency at Evergreen Community Charter School this past spring. He worked with this incredible amalgam of middle-school aged marimba players and percussionists, who are taught by an inspirational musical powerhouse named Sue Ford.

But don't fret if you weren't able to attend the event on November 3rd - you can still purchase the CD, which features guest artists. Billy wrote a song, called "You Are Not Alone," with the band. River Guerguerian (who was recently on stage with Billy at LEAF), Sue Ford, and Bill Smith also arranged original works with the students, plus the CD includes traditional pieces from multiple cultures.

To order the CD, contact Sue Ford at sue@evergreenccs.org or send $15 plus $3 for shipping and handling to Evergreen Charter School, 50 Bell Road, Asheville, NC 28803. Proceeds from the CD sales will benefit Evergreen's music program.

Upcoming
In mid-November, Billy will be in Ann Arbor and Chicago for several shows (see sidebar for details) and then remaining in Chicago to spend the holiday with his family.

In Highland Park, IL, Billy will be joined by aspiring young percussionist and YouTube star, Ian Iyengar, at the On the Map House Concert. Visit link to see Ian singing "Tongo!"

XM Satellite Radio Show - Live Billy Concert
For those of you with XM radio, be on the look out (or should it be listen out?) for a mini-concert that Billy will be recording in December. It will play multiple times on the "XM Kids" channel, and we'll let you know if we get a list of specific air times.
