Ohio!

If you're in Ohio, come help me celebrate my 20-year college reunion in Oberlin, OH (Oberlin College). Free concert on the North Quad, Saturday May 24th at noon (see sidebar).

NC with some PA mixed in!

First, I'll be joined by Secret Agent 23 Skidoo (hip-hop artist extraordinaire) and Bill Melanson (of the Billys), on Sunday, June 1st at a benefit concert for the Asheville City Schools Foundation. It's at Vance Elementary (see sidebar).

Then, I'm off to the Farm of Peace in PA for the Unity Music Festival on Saturday, June 7th(see sidebar). Come experience a music festival with a purpose: "to foster the principles of unity through music and art, in our social, political, and spiritual environments."

Back in Asheville, it's the Billy Jonas Band live, outside at UNCA's Concerts on the Quad, Monday June 9th, 6 pm (see sidebar). I'll be joined by Jake Wolf on bass, Ashley Farmer on harmony, and River Guerguerian on percussion.

New CD

Thanks to everyone who participated in the naming contest! The new CD has been named Happy Accident. Putting finishing touches on it through June … so, as we sing in the first song, "watch out! … watch in! look out! … look in! bug out! … begin! dig out! … dig in!"
